Leila and Gaspare live in Texas, USA, but they chose the enchanting Villa Aura del Lago on Lake Como for their special day. Leila is of Persian heritage, while Gaspare has a rich multicultural background, being of Italian, Chinese, and Filipino descent, born in Australia. This vibrant blend of cultures provided countless stunning moments and emotional images that made their wedding unique.
Catholic ceremony by the lake
The day began beautifully with a traditional Catholic ceremony at a picturesque church overlooking Lake Como, offering an incredible backdrop that every wedding photographer dreams of. The breathtaking scenery enhanced every heartfelt vow and meaningful glance I captured.
Persian ceremony at Villa Aura del Lago
Later, the festivities continued at Villa Aura del Lago with an authentic Persian wedding ceremony. The joyful expressions, especially among the women participating actively, created wonderfully spontaneous photographs. Rich in symbolism, vibrant colors, and captivating rituals, this ceremony offered countless opportunities for meaningful storytelling through photography.
Celebration and traditions
