Marriage at the Castle of Vincigliata – Tuscany
The court of an old farmhouse surrounded by the Tuscan hills was crowded by a small group of guests, who were waiting to go to the Castle of Vincigliata where the wedding of Christina and Carson would take place.
I enter in Christina’s room. She is standing motionless looking out the window.
I see only the silhouette, the shoulders are stretched, the arms along the body and the fingers slowly moving.
“Hi Christine!”, I say.
She turns, she’s beautiful and tall. Eyes shining and smiling. She hugs me as a friend.
“Hi Matteo, thanks for being here”
Her sister on the sidelines, silent.
I understand that they need a moment, I don’t want to force my hand, and I go to Carson’s room.
After about twenty minutes I come back to Christina, now it’ s perfect.
It will be another beautiful day.
